How does this work?
In order to participate in our auctions, you must first register. This is free and takes less than 30 seconds!
Each bid raises the auction price by $0.01 and resets the clock for a maximum of 25 seconds.
Be the last to place a bid when the timer counts down, and you win!
Bids start at just $0.75 each and can be purchased for even less with Orange’s Daily Deals!
I did not win, now what? Orange has got you covered! Use the buy it now option and get the item you wanted delivered for free, plus all the bids used on the auction returned instantly at no additional cost!
How many accounts can I have?
There is a limit to one account per household/ip address. If you are operating more than one account, your account(s) will be closed and all bids and or wins will be deemed null and void.
Why do we do this? In order to keep a fair playing field for all users, we have found that having multiple accounts can provide an unfair advantage to other participants and obtain additional bids through our refer-a-friend program and free registration credits which is strictly prohibited.

How many auctions can I win?
Win limits are 2 per day, 8 per week. A single user may ONLY win items valued over $150 Two (2) times in a 7-day period. (Bid packs, special promotional events, and Midnight Auctions are excluded) Midnight auctions are limited to one prize per night. This is in place to keep things fair to all players.
Please keep this in mind when participating in auctions.
How much is shipping?
At Orangebidz shipping is FREE! For your protection, Orangebidz ships to billing addresses only, no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO
How fast do you ship?
Unusually fast! Did we mention free? In most cases Orangebidz will process orders within 48 hours or less of clearing payment following the end of the auction. When your item is shipped, you will receive conformation by e-mail with the tracking info. Please allow 2-10 days for item to arrive. Delivery times vary; any delivery time indicated is provided only as a guide and is not guaranteed. Some items with a value over $299 will require a signature upon delivery. If for some reason you do not receive an email from us, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the 48 continental states of the US (If you reside in Hawaii or Alaska please contact support for additional information)
Are all the auctioned items brand new?
All items being auctioned at Orangebidz are brand name, brand new, and factory sealed!
Are the products under warranty?
All items come with standard manufacture’s warranty only. Bid packs, gift cards and occasional vacation trips auctioned are excluded.
Item substitution policy
Although rare, our suppliers might discontinue the item in the auction or it may not be available in your area. Rest assured that should you be the winner of this auction, you will be notified of any changes and Orangebidz will replace the item for one with equal or greater features. If this is not acceptable to you, we will refund you the final auction end price
Do you allow Amazon exchanges for wins?
Yes! Get what YOU want with OrangeBidz! Users are given the option of receiving Amazon credit for the value of the product listed on the auction. Precious metals are subject to current market value and may differ than the listed retail value. Auctions stating “no Amazon exchange” are not eligible.

What do I Pay For?
After winning an auction you pay the final auction price and that’s it! No processing, no shipping,
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax on all physical items (not Bid Credits or Gift Cards) applies to California residents.
Can I return the items I have won or bought?
If you are not satisfied with any auction item you have purchased, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days, unused and in its original package. A full refund is considered to be the price you paid for the winning item at the end of the auction. This does NOT include the cost of bids that may have been used to place a bid. You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive return/refund instructions before returning any item.
Who am I bidding against?
You are bidding against registered users like yourself. OrangeBidz does not deploy bots or shill bids to alter the outcome of any live auctions.
I received my two free bids when I signed up, are there any other ways to earn free bids?

Why didn’t my bid register/timers running slow?
Make sure you do not download any large files such as audio or video files while you are bidding. We recommend you bid at least 5 seconds before the timer reaches zero, and cannot guarantee your bid will be registered during the last seconds.
